Mindfulness training

17th-24th May 2014

This year we have teamed up with a Mindfulness trainer to offer a week long course based in Exochori.

Here is an outline of our week together.

On arrival we will share lunch and an introduction at One Foot on the Mountain which will be our working base for the week.

Every morning will follow the same structure having a pre breakfast mindfulness session and then continuing until lunch.

In the afternoons you will have the opportunity to walk in the beautiful Viros Gorge and picnic at a monastery; to visit the nearby beaches for a swim or sit and enjoy simply being by sea and mountains; and to take other mindful walks in this area taking advantage of the local knowledge of our hosts at One Foot on the Mountain. Individual massage sessions can be arranged at your own cost. In the early evening we will have a further mindfulness session before our evening meal.

All breakfasts, lunches and some evening meals will be at One Foot on the Mountain. Other evening meals will be at local tavernas.

Accommodation will be in nearby Apartments Taygetos, where twin or single rooms are available. See

The week will be led by Kathy White-Webster, and supported by Kristine Wilkinson and Caroline Herbert.
